Falls mal wieder jemand argumentiert, z.B. bei der Vorratsdatenspeicherung, das würde schon nicht missbraucht werden, ... die könnt ihr ja auf diese Statistik zum Patriot Act hinweisen. Der wurde 15 Mal in "Terrorismusfällen" angewendet (und diese Klassifizierung kommt ja von den mißbrauchenden Behörden, ist also im Zweifelsfall wahrscheinlich auch falsch und das war gar kein Terrorismus), 122 Mal in Betrugsfällen, und 1618 Mal gegen Drogenschmuggler. Und der Patriot Act war ja mit vergleichbarer "gegen die Terroristen!1!!"-Rhetorik eingeführt worden wie bei uns die Vorratsdatenspeicherung.
