Die EU-Kommission hat die vom Bündnis Stop TTIP geplante Europäische Bürgerinitiative (EBI) gegen die geplanten Freihandels- und Investitionsabkommen TTIP und CETA nicht zugelassen. Stop TTIP will das nicht hinnehmen und hat angekündigt, vor dem Europäischen Gerichtshof (EuGH) in Luxemburg gegen die Nichtzulassung zu klagen. Telepolis sprach darüber mit Michael Efler, Mitglied im Bürgerausschuss von Stop TTIP und Vorstandssprecher des Vereins Mehr Demokratie, der dem Bündnis angehört.
