Nach einem Bericht der Financial Times Deutschland macht Bundestagspräsident Norbert Lammert (CDU) jetzt Dampf in Sachen Abgeordnetenbestechung. In einem Positionspapier, das Lammert an die Parlamentarischen Geschäftsführer der Bundestagsfraktionen verschickt habe, rege der CDU-Politiker eine Verschärfung des Paragrafen 108e im Strafgesetzbuch zum Verbot der Abgeordnetenbestechung an. Diese ist nötig, damit Deutschland endlich die UN-Konvention gegen Korruption (UNCAC) ratifizieren kann. [...]
